App support

Billing and Creator Pack

Creator Pack purchases are handled through Apple in-app purchase. For Apple purchase receipts, refunds, or billing history, Apple may need to assist directly.

Stripe and payments

Stripe provides payment onboarding, checkout, processing, payouts, refunds, disputes, and account verification. Some payment issues must be resolved in Stripe.

Before emailing
  • Confirm you are using the latest version of the app.
  • Try closing and reopening the app if sync or display state looks stale.
  • For NFC, confirm your iPhone supports NFC writing and your tag is writable.
  • For Stripe, check whether Stripe requires more account information.
